CITY PLANNING IS PROPOSING AN INCLUSIONARY HOUSING TEXT AMENDMENT ZONING CHANGES (N 090316 ZRY). THE PROPOSED TEXT AMENDMENT WOULD CREATE A HOMEOWNERSHIP OPTION THAT WOULD ALLOW AFFORDABLE UNITS QUALIFYING FOR THE BONUS TO BE PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE HOMEOWNERSHIP UNITS.

SCA APPLICATION
SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION AUTHORITY NOTICE HAS BEEN FILED FOR THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF BLOCK 249 LOT 1, TO DISCUSS THE NOTICE OF FILING FOR THE PROPOSED SITE SELECTION AND ACQUISITION OF THE PROPERTY CURRENTLY OCCUPIED BY MIDDLE COLLEGE HIGH SCHOOL AT LAGUARDIA COMMUNITY COLLEGE. THE SITE CONTAINS APPROXIMEATELY 44,700 SQUARE FEET OF LOT AREA AND IS LOCATED ON THE BLOCK BOUNDED BY VAN DAM STEET, QUEENS BLVD, 32ND PLACE, AND 47TH AVENUE IN LONG ISLAND CITY.
