Public hearing
The matter of a bsa application 238-07 bz, submitted by howard goldman , llc for o’connor capital partners for a variation from the requirements of the zoning resolution so as to allow a 13 story residential building (ug 2) contrary to regulations. A cuny graduate center project is proposed for a student dormitory (ug 3) and faculty housing (ug 2) at the location of 5-11 47th avenue for a variation from the requirements of the zoning.

And

In the matter of an application for a dual street renaming / aka william d. Modell way at the southeast and southwest corners of jackson avenue and queens boulevard.

and

A street conversion of barnett avenue to a one way westbound from woodside avenue to 39th avenue.

and

Request for speed bumps to be placed at the following locations:

46th street between 39th and skillman avenue
45th street between 39th avenue and skillman avenue
50th street between 39th avenue and skillman avenue
51st street between 39th avenue and skillman avenue
49th street between 39th avenue and skillman avenue
59th street between 39th avenue and skillman avenue
